Jill Rickman is a Director in Collective Insights’ Human Capital practice. She has over 18 years of experience directing teams in workforce development, learning, organizational design, change management, and strategic communication. She has expertise in the design, delivery, and evaluation of complex apprenticeship, workforce, and leadership programs. Her portfolio of innovative projects spans across the employee life cycle from talent acquisition strategy, to employee engagement and workforce development, to succession planning. She has led large-scale, fast-paced, and innovative projects for such clients as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Veterans Affairs, and several Global Fortune 500 companies. Jill has also managed a large training operations team for a global corporate university. Jill is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
